Hey guys, and thanks so much for visiting while I haven't been posting. My stats are down, but still impressive for how long it's been since I posted!
I have been busy with wedding planning and my new blog, Burning the Scale, which I have been working on all month and will hopefully be launched tomorrow. Check it out!
I noticed a recent comment on my low carb diet. Fortunately I have had no further plans to switch, and I love it. I have upped my carbs somewhat (about 34-40/day) which is helping me get more variety. So don't think I fell off the wagon
However, I applaud anyone for doing any kind of diet that works for them - low fat or otherwise!
I may not update this blog as much, since I want to keep the freshest content for my new one. But please, visit me over there and give me your support
