Beware of "Healthy"

We must be ever vigilant to make sure that the foods we believe to be healthy actually are. Especially when it comes to children's foods. Truth is that there is no 100% method to determine if all our foods and drinks are healthy or safe. We may look at the ingredients and buy only organic, but sometimes the unhealthy part may come from an unlikely source that we don't think of. Such as the containers!
Children's drinks and snacks could contain a high amount of lead. The list contains many healthy organics along with others. Maybe we should start rethinking the whole pre-packaged drink and snacks for both children and adults.
