Building A Healthy Diet

The secret to building a healthy diet that will work for you is to have a diet based on whole foods with minimal processing. Nuts, berries, beans, grass-fed meat, milk, eggs, etc., the list was somewhat of a surprise but in a way reflects what I've been saying all along.

This is a list that basically allows you to eat anything that is whole and unprocessed, or processed to a minimum. You also can build a daily diet to include a variety of these foods. In all diets and nutrition, sugar is the worst thing for you according to the study.
