Easy Six-Pack

Today it seems that most people, especially men, are looking for abdominals that have a six-pack. Back in the day, one was required to do over 100 sit-ups a day to achieve this. Today we are pressed for time and can't really commit to that many sit-ups a day.
Well never fear because you can get a six-pack by using Isometric Crunches. They can be done while watching TV. All you have to do is 5 sets of 10 in a day.
I'm going to work these into my schedule which will probably mean I'll have to work them in my activities throughout the day or night. I will probably start with doing them on the days I don't go to the gym for now. The important thing is that the journey begins with the first step!
