Focus Factor

In the obvious category, it seems a new study found that focusing is easier for some than others. I could have told you that!

I could base it on channel surfing, where some can't stay on just ONE channel. This use to drive me crazy when my friends did it. Some are easily distracted while others stay focus on the topic at hand.

Of course this study focuses on students that are easily distracted.

Focusing is definitely tough and lack of it really impacts your quality of life. When I couldn't focus, I was less enthusiastic and life just wasn't fun.

I wonder if they'll ever figure out what caused the difference. Is it stress? After all, they were students. Nutrition? Students again. it would be interesting to see if they got the same results in a different group. Have you heard of any more studies?
