Great Foods for Men

If men want to improve their mood, memory, muscles and more, the cures may be at your local supermarket. Here are 6 foods for men that will do just that. I'm already consuming a few of these and need to improve on the others.
I eat sardines at least 3 times a week, and I alter them with tuna or salmon 2-3 times a week. I guess I'll have to add Brazil nuts to my main nuts which are almonds, walnuts and pistachios. I have just added oats to my diet. Sesame seeds need to be added to my other alternatives of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
Blueberries are almost always readily available otherwise I buy plums. I always loved lentil soup, I just have to increase the intake.
So this is where I stand on the 6 Great Foods list. I could improve on some aspects, while I'm doing good or better on others.
