In case you haven't noticed everytime they declare a food 'healthy' for any reason, the price goes up. It's been a problem for me from the beginning of this whole 'healthy' movement!
Foods that boost energy.
Ten best foods you are not eating. Beg to differ, but the price of beets has skyrocketed all of a sudden.
It is tough to find 'miracle' foods that will provide optimum health without exercise. But most can dream!
I have a personal theory that if you don't live where the particular food is found, then said food serves no purpose to you. An example is that citrus fruits have no nutritional value to those in a climate without citrus fruits. Stay Tuned!

Finally my own personal opinion is to cut down or avoid Soy and High Fructose Corn Syrup.
