I would like to make it clear that this is only the author's opinion and comment.
I'm going to say that no matter how healthy fast food claims to be getting, it isn't. Fast food is meant to be tasty not healthy. I am going to say that I believe an occasional fast food meal won't kill you. Once or twice a week at the most. If you want healthy then go to a supermarket's salad or fruit bar and avoid the fattening foods and dressings...future blog.
Why doesn't fried apple slices sound healthy? Even if a meal is halfway healthy, it will cost you more in the long run then if you bought it at a supermarket!
Fast food is not meant to be healthy food. Fast food will not kill you if you indulge a few times a month. On the good side, there are places to find healthy foods in your area. Aside from bringing your own, a future blog may say where and how!
