It doesn't take a genius to see that healthy lifestyles will be more costly in the future months and years. The price for nutrition, exercise and weght loss may compromise our wallets. So like a Boy Scout you should always Be Prepared!
As far as nutrition, here's ways to cut grocery costs.
In exercise and weight loss, I have a way to lose weight, build stamina, and burn calories. I call it 'hill conquering'! Have hilly parks or streets nearby? Walk towards the top. Most people cheat on their diets on their off-days. Here are suggestions to stay on track.
There are foods that help build muscle. Here are some you might not know about. Unfortunately for me I have an allergy to clams, lobster and swordfish.
Here are snacks that fill you up instead of leaving you wanting more. That's always a problem with me and snacking. I buy healthier snacks but eat the whole box or bag at one sitting! Some choices are debateable and may contain too much soy or HFCS. Anyway always read the ingredient and stick within the portion servings.
