Wow, what a relief! I took a vacation from blogging in order to work more hours during the busy summer season. So I may require some space to get back in the swing of things.
I will be the first to admit that I am wrong about things I write about as long as a good arguement is presented to prove the point. I have talked about my predictions and research about HFCS and soy, among other things. They are in all foods and I say limit your intake. But then again you are human, so consume at your own risk.
We often do get confused about what is really healthy and what is a myth. Snake-oil salesmen are still selling their healthy placebos.
Truths and myths about nutrition and health should be researched. The article dispells some myths that even I was sure of, such as alzheimer's disease.
