Recently I posted on Diet-Blog about the new "Flat Stomach" pill by Avon which was simply a probiotic. Naturally everyone said it sounded ridiculous, and for the most part I thought so too - but - I did a little research on probiotics, and if you DO have a sluggish intestinal system (gross, sorry) you may see some benefit.
I actually found another probiotic pill being advertised as a way to have "a naturally flat stomach." I ordered one in the form of little tiny pills shaped like pearls - and they came today. I admit I'm a little bit of a sucker for anything that claims to flatten your stomach, whether it's true or not, given my stomach's tendency to stick out. So, I'm trying out these pills for a month.
I'd be interested to hear anyone's experience with probiotics...and I'll keep you posted.
