Imagine if everything you thought was bad for you, in moderation,was actually good for you. This Top 10 List shocked me for the most part. I mean, I knew about chocolate, coffee, sun, red wine, and sex. I never thought marijuana, LSD, maggots, and anger would ever make the list. Beer was kind of like an either or deal for me. Again all in moderation and for different situations.
Bursts of anger here and there may be healthy, but bursts on a daily level at inappropriate times may be hazardous to your health. Marijuana as a way to stave off Alzheimers??? LSD for alcoholism?
Now although a Vietnam vet once told me how they sometimes had survive on maggots, maggots are used as a medical device. They are placed on wounds to feed on bacteria and dead tissue. This fights off infection and allows the wound to heal.
