The Chicken and The Egg

Starting your day with a couple of eggs will help control your appetite. Eggs are a great source of protein and the benefits far outweigh the negatives. Many health fanatics believe that organic is better for you than commercial. After all the organic chickens are given free space to roam, while commercial chickens are raised in cages in factories. Organics can be five times more expensive than commercial eggs. But are they healthier?
A new study concludes that when it comes to healthy organic eggs are no different than factory eggs. In fact the organics can contain dangerous chemicals such as PCB. Chickens that are allowed to roam may peck on contaminated soil. Something that wasn't considered.
As far as color, white or brown eggs are dependent on the species not the health factor.
In conclusion, the chicken lays the same type of egg, because it is still a chicken. $1.75 a dozen is better than $4.50 a dozen!
