The eyes are perhaps the most important sense to our existence. We should do everything we can to avoid hazards that may blind us. Now we could improve our diet to avoid being blind by eye diseases that come with aging.
The Anti-Blindness Diet may help you avoid certain blinding diseases in the elderly.
