The Miracle

It is HERE. The miracle pill that can CURE cancer. I'm not just pushing hype, and to prove it I will say, Thank-You, Dr. Oz. If you are lucky enough to watch the show in your area, watch it! If not go here. The secret lies here. He called the pill gleevac(? spelling). It may not be for everyone but it has cured grade 4 cancers, especially leukemia.
We are now using targeted therapy to go after a specific cancer rather than using radiology and chemotherapy that effects the entire body.
Again prevention is the key to never hearing "You have cancer", and the best prevention is through exercise and diet. Start consuming and drinking cancer fighting foods.
Let me tell you my personal experience and how I finally wised up to facts. I was a gym freak and a walk freak. I'd hit the gym 3 times a week and walked at least 5 miles a day to and from work. I gained rather than lose weight. Why? I ate the wrong foods. Enriched white breads and pastas and other 'bad' carbohydrates, sweets, fats, salt, etc., you get the picture.
Last November and December I lost weight by merely walking. My gym was located at the mall and couldn't get one day in because Christmas shopping made it impossible. Why? I never believed in the "Atkins diet" because I believe you can't cut carbs out completely. There are good carbs and bad carbs and therein lies the key. Fiber-good, sugars-bad!
But if the sugars are natural they are a plus. Still fiber is the key to weight loss. Whole wheat, as opposed to enriched white or wheat, is what keeps things moving...think bowels!
Want to lose weight? Increase your fiber intake. Supplement it with protein and even the laziest procrastinaters will see significant weight loss!
