The Wages of Sin is Dementia

Two studies in the US have concluded that your lifestyle can lead to dementia in later life. Lets eliminate the hereditary factor, and concentrate on an abusive lifestyle that can lead to dementia by our own abuse.
Here is a must read report! Smokers are 70% more likely to develop dementia. High blood pressure, or hypertension-often caused by salt or poor diet, are 60% more likely to cause Alzheimer's or other dementia. Type 2 diabetes in middle age associated with poor diet and inactivity is twice as risky as normal to cause dementia.
These studies can lead to earlier and more aggressive intervention to fighting both Alzheimer's and dementia. It proves that those with heart should be handled aggressively due to risk.
All studies are great because they bring us a step closer to closing a gap over an inexplainable disease that leads to the losing of the mind!
