Variety, Variety, Variety

When it comes to human diets, I must continue to point out that humans are omnivorous. We crave variety. Now I tend to lean on the fact that a majority of our diets should be made up of fruit and vegetables and grains. I also tend to believe that we do need meats and carbs in our overall diets. That is my belief and what I live by.
Still I know a few vegetarians and vegans that seem to lack good health. Some are overweight and look anemic. More and more we are learning that being a vegetarian isn't what it's cracked up to be. Especially if we lack exercise, which is essential for overall health regardless of diet!
Remember that diets vary per individuals and your doctor is your best diet adviser. Sometimes vegetables may be bad for one's health.
Veggies are still a powerful force in overall diet and wellbeing and should never be eliminated from our diets.
