Weight Lost To Date

Hi everyone. I mentioned earlier having started Atkins about 10 days ago. I am still on the first phase, Induction, which is a bit strict in that you can't have milk, nuts, any fruits, and even some vegetables. This is supposed to be a two-week period, but it can be extended. I have re-started as of last Friday because I ate a few things off the list of acceptable foods.
I have lost 8 pounds so far. No, I am not going to tell you my weight, not until I have lost a bit more. It's not "overweight" but I'd like to keep it to myself!
I have a lot more energy, and the food is delicious. Last night I went out to dinner and had a taco salad (minus the shell) with sour cream, guacomole, salsa and cheese. I am enjoying foods like bacon, hamburger and steak, as well as shrimp (I hate chicken), cream cheese, various full-fat cheeses, heavy cream, eggs and plenty of veggies!
I know this is not my personal "weight loss blog," but I wanted to keep you all updated.
